Coconut Probiotic Chia Pudding Recipe

Make a delicious, tasty and super healthy breakfast in a matter of minutes. A great snack for kids, fun idea for the lunchbox or add fresh fruit and you have a tasty dessert.


Chia seeds are a gluten free, vegan and cholesterol free superfood. With a slightly nutty flavour Chia seeds are high in dietary fibre, calcium, protein, magnesium, antioxidants and omega-3s. So plenty of reasons why you want to add them to your diet.


Here is a super easy probiotic and prebiotic recipe that you need to add to your brekky rotation or snack list. So easy that a 3 year old can make it, fact!


What you’ll need


What you need to do

  • Add sachet of Gutsy to the water in a jar, stir

  • Add yoghurt, stir

  • Add chia seeds, stir

  • Place lid on jar and pop into the fridge overnight

  • Add your favourite fruit and / or nuts to garnish before serving


Wake refreshed and ready for a healthy, probiotic rich, high in dietary fibre, calcium and low calorie breakfast. BOOM!


Eat as is, or add yoghurt, fruit, nuts, homemade muesli (recipe coming soon - as seen in picture) or granola for a bit of crunch. The options are endless.


This recipe is a lot lighter and more refreshing than using coconut milk/cream which is in a lot of chia pudding recipes.
